Yes, but only in your own browser. Nothing is sent to a server. Use Settings, then Data, to export a backup or reset to the sample data.
Most destructive actions, such as deleting a task, an expense, a note or moving a deal, show an Undo button in a toast for a few seconds.
On touch screens a card needs a short long-press before it lifts. This keeps normal scrolling from moving deals by accident.
Go to Settings, then Workspace, and choose Invite member. Enter their email and a role. The invite appears in the team list until it is accepted.
Yes. Press Share in the top bar to copy a link. Because filters and tabs live in the URL, the link opens exactly what you see.
